I'm always reading something, usually multiple books at a time.
Although I started out with the audio book, I ended up checking out the print version from the library and reading probably the last third or so that way.
Charles Duhigg takes the reader on a fascinating journey into the brain's habit-forming mechanisms, outlining the "habit loop" of cue, reward, and craving. Understanding how habits are formed and perpetuated provides the key for replacing them with new habits.
This is the type of book anyone can benefit from reading, and I'm already planning to recommend it to a few people that I know!
